You may also call or email us to place an order. Shipping Methods~ We use UPS to ship large orders, USPS to ship small orders. We do not accept international orders at this time. Returns & Damaged Merchandise~ If you are unhappy with any product purchased from ImagineThisGifts, or if you received a product that was damaged, please return it to us and a replacement or store credit will be given. Please note that only store credit will be issued on any returns. Shipping and handling costs are not reimbursed, except for return of damaged products. All returns or damaged items must be returned within seven days of receiving shipment. Original box and packing materials must also be returned. |
